This course will be provided through a Zoom meeting. The training will help you understand which vehicles are commercial motor vehicles. This will help you identify commercial drivers and vehicles that are subject to FMCSR so that you can maintain proper records and procedures related to these vehicles and drivers. It will also help you distinguish between which vehicles and drivers are subject to interstate rules vs intrastate rules. This class will be limited to 35 attendees but will be offered again in the near future.
